I Won!

Yay! I found out today that I won the Eastbourne Poster Comp!
So excited. Thats all to update, excited and trying to keep going with my childrens books ready for the Mcmillan deadline. Hope you all had a lovely day :)

Another section from my children's book, its getting there, slowly. When its all done I will hopefully print it and sell it online. I'll let you know when there is actually something on there!

If Lions Could Speak

Hello again.

Each year Falmouth third year illustration students create a quotes and saying book. We are on year number 6! This is a work in progress. I'm not too sure about the triangles, I think maybe they are too textured, or that the more textured should be on the outside, and the more solid shapes in the center. Also the colours dont seem quite right. I will keep going and show you the finished piece soon. Your feedback and comments about the colours and textures would be much appreciated. :)

RiPPLE

This is a very similar design to the one being used by RiPPLE.

RiPPLE is a magazine created by Kingson University every year. It is a show case of work from the students. It includes poetry, fiction etc. I'm not overly sure if they are avalible to the public, but I will keep you posted, they are £4, which is a pretty good deal to get some work from some of the best young talent around.

These images are possible entries into a competition to design imagery for tote bags. The images have to incorporate bread and cornwall, also I can only use two colours (the white areas will be the bag if its printed). Your feedback on the designs and colours would really help. Thanks :)

Mountain Air

Hello, its been a while. This year I have not managed to go off and indulge in my favourite hobbie, skiing. I love to ski, I love being on top of the mountain with the cloud below, its truly beautiful. So although I have not been able to go I do have photos from my last trip that I can share with you. They were taken in Austira (I think, I went to a few places skiing on one trip). It was the last run of that day and the sun was just setting. To be honest I shouldn't have been taking photos as the lifts were about to shut.....but anything for some good photos right?
